i stayed in a compact room lower ground and found it quite clean. the location allowed easy access to nearby transport. the staff responded quickly via whatsapp to any questions i had.
the window opened only a few centimeters restricting airflow.

the room (103) had a good size. it WAS also clean. i liked the customer service because it was quick at responding.
The room gets TOO hot, its like a medical emergency waiting to happen. BOB w has a fan, and no AC. the toilet design is bad. I found it quite inconvenient.

The room had thoughtful touches. It was beautiful and new. The bathroom was sparkling clean. Self check-in was easy, and I found the WhatsApp help to be prompt. The quiet basement room faced the garden, even with a cute cat!
The room size is a little snug for two people. It's perfect for a solo traveler.

The room included a coffee plunger and a packet of coffee (that was very welcome in the morning!). Breakfast is available at a nearby cafe, awesome for some flexibility. A microwave is available for use.

The hotel is in a safe neighborhood, and everything around is clean and tidy. Public transportation is nearby, with bus and tube stations a short walk away (about 3 minutes). Kensington is a nice area to explore, with plenty of shops and restaurants.

The room was clean and comfy, with a peaceful greenery view of the backyard. I liked the heated floor in the bathroom. What a great detail! The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The self check-in and out process was easy and stress-free (a huge plus for me!). The staff communicated quickly and were responsive to inquiries. The automated processes didn't feel impersonal, and help was readily available.

The room was clean and well-equipped. A power adapter was provided (a nice touch). I appreciated the easy check-in and check-out process. I was pleased to receive an upgrade to a double bed room.
The walls seemed quite thin, and I could hear noise from other guests.
